Track your packageWhen sending your package, we send you a confirmation by e-mail with a link that allows you to follow the progress of your delivery. You can also track your order directly from your account.

What should I do if I haven't received my package?You can go to your account and check the status of your delivery by clicking on "Track my package". If you are absent at the time of delivery, the carrier must normally leave a "notice of passage". On this notice, it is indicated if the carrier must return, or where the package was deposited. If your package is announced as "Delivered" but you have not received it, please check with your caretaker or your neighbors if they have not received it for you. If your package is announced as "Returned to sender", please contact our customer service, using our contact form.

What is your return policy ?If an item does not suit you, you have 21 days to return it to us and obtain an exchange or a refund. > In the case of a refund, the costs are credited to your bank account within 5 working days after receipt and verification of your package. > In the case of an exchange, the return costs are your responsibility.Upon receipt, after checking your package, we proceed to the exchange according to the available stock and the costs of reshipping to your home are at our expense.Return procedure:1.
