1. YOUR CUSTOMER ACCOUNT

In order to order on our Site, you can create a customer account through the " Create an account " section or put items in your basket, then create your account when ordering.

Creating your account allows you:

- enter your personal information in order to facilitate your future purchases;

- to consult, modify and update your personal information;

- identify you before placing an order;

- to follow your current orders, to consult the invoices of your old orders.

By ordering on our Site, you confirm that you are an individual, and that you are purchasing our products for personal use in quantities corresponding to the usual needs of a consumer's household. In any case, our Site may not be used by “customers” professional sellers. We reserve the right to refuse an order which is clearly validated by a professional customer.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your customer account and password, as well as for restricting access to your computer or other equipment. As such, you acknowledge that you are responsible for all activities arising from your customer account. If you suspect that your customer account is being used by a third party, we recommend that you change your password and contact us to close the spoofed customer account, if necessary.   2. HOW TO ORDER ON OUR SITE?

You can order your favorite items directly from our Site.

Product and price offers are valid as long as they are visible on the Site, within the limits of available stocks. In the event of commercial transactions, the duration of the offer will be indicated to you on the Site and in our newsletters. It may happen that our products are temporarily unavailable, which you will be informed on the product sheet. We invite you to enter your email address in order to be alerted as soon as your favorite item is back in stock using our “Return in Stock Information” form.

To order, nothing could be simpler!

- Select your items, the desired size and add them to the basket. At any time you can check the number of products in your basket and obtain detailed information on each of them by clicking on "Basket". After adding a first item to your basket, you can continue shopping by clicking on "Continue shopping";

- Once your basket is finalized, click on "Finalize my order" ;

- Log in to your customer account or create your customer account if you do not already have one.

- Choose the delivery method you want and complete your delivery address;

 

- Choose your payment method (see the article “How to pay for your order?” Below for more information on payment methods), read and accept all of the T & Cs and proceed to secure payment for your order . Payment for your order implies full and complete acceptance of these T & Cs;

- Your order is validated! You will receive an email confirming your order.

By placing an order, you declare that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity (or if you are a minor, to hold parental authorization to place your order).

Once your order has been prepared by us, you will receive an email informing you of the shipment of your items. You can then follow the delivery status of your order from the tracking information contained in the email. If you do not receive any email (neither confirmation nor shipment of your order), you can contact us for more information.

It may happen that we are forced to cancel your order for a legitimate reason, for example:

- when you have been able to place an order while your product is in the meantime unavailable: we will inform you as quickly as possible and refund you the amount of your item as soon as possible;

- when a technical error appears during your payment;

- when an obvious error has crept into the product sheet (for example when there is an error in the essential characteristics of the product, or when a clearly incorrect price is displayed);

- when we notice fraudulent or abusive use of your account or related orders;

- when we reasonably believe that you have violated our present T & Cs.

 

3. THE PRICES OF OUR PRODUCTS

The prices of our products are indicated on the Site in euros, all taxes included (TTC), excluding shipping costs (which will be specified to you when you choose your delivery method). They take into account the Value Added Tax (VAT) and any reductions applicable for our commercial operations in force on the day of your order.

The Customer acknowledges and accepts that the prices of the products are likely to vary between the Site and the stores, and that in any case this price difference can not justify a request for reimbursement, either total or partial (apart from your right of withdrawal. applicable under the conditions set out below).

Note that sales likely to be subject to a VAT refund must be made directly in the store. No request for VAT refund will be successful in the event of a purchase made online.

 

 

4. HOW TO PAY YOUR ORDER?

Payment for your order is made directly online by credit card (CB, Visa, MasterCard, American Express) or by Paypal.

After confirmation of your payment by our payment provider, your bank account or your Paypal account will be debited with the total amount of your order.

We would like to reassure you that all your transactions are secure and comply with the legal provisions in force: they take place in a strict framework of confidentiality and encryption of all your data with our payment service provider.

At no time do we have access to your personal data concerning your means of payment, in particular credit card and do not keep them on our servers.

However, you may wish to save your bank details in your customer account so that they can be reused for your next orders. To do this, all you have to do is check the box “ Save your payment details” when you make your payment. In this case alone, our payment provider (and only him) will keep your data in encrypted form. You can delete the bank card that you have registered either directly in your customer account in the "My payment options" section, or by email by contacting our Customer Service.

 

5. DELIVERY OF YOUR ORDER

5.1 Where and how can you be delivered?

Your orders can be delivered to you in mainland France (including Corsica) and Monaco, according to the following delivery methods:

• Standard home delivery: have it delivered free of charge directly to the address of your choice;

• Delivery to a relay point against signature: select the relay point closest to you, delivery is free.

• Pick up in store.

You will be able to follow the delivery of your order, upon receipt of the email confirming the shipment of your order with tracking information.

In case of absence during the delivery of your order, for home deliveries, a delivery notice will be given to you in order to give you the terms of recovery of your order.

 

 

5.2 When will you be delivered?

When placing your order, the delivery time of your items will be specified to you. Please note that it can be extended during busy periods (launch of a new collection or during sales periods for example), or as currently with the health context, it may happen that deliveries take a little longer than usually. (Sometimes there are 2-3 days behind the original deadline.)

In the event of a delay of more than 3 days or no delivery, we invite you to contact us:

- by telephone on 0801 800 333 (local call) from Monday to Friday from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. and Saturday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.

We will do everything to answer you as well as possible.

 

6. WHAT ARE OUR RETURN AND EXCHANGE TERMS?

In order to facilitate the return of your products, we give you a total period of 21 days from your receipt of your order to return your products to us.
Our shop will accept your return as soon as the stamp of the deliveryman proves that you have made your return within 21 days of receipt of your order.

European regulations provide for a withdrawal period of 14 days from receipt of a customer's order to notify the seller of his desire to return any product that does not suit him. The customer must then return his product without undue delay and at the latest within 7 days of the date of his withdrawal.

To do this, notify us of your exchange or refund request, using our contact form . You must then return your products to us within 7 days of this notification.

 

6.1 How can I return your order to us?

The products that you wish to return to us must be new (the label of the article must not have been cut), unworn, not soiled and returned in their original packaging, or failing that, in packaging guaranteeing protection. equivalent.

You have the choice between several options to return your product:

• You wish to return your product by post:

You are responsible for the return shipping costs to our store.
Return costs to your home are at our expense.

- Circle the product (s) you wish to return on the delivery slip in your package;

- Insert this delivery slip in your return package as well as the product (s) to be returned;

- Appointment at the post office within 7 days after notification of return to send it by Colissimo.
(This includes built-in insurance, the ability to track the shipment, and proof of deposit.)


• You wish to return your product to a store (4 Av. Ferdinand Nadal, 07140 Les Vans)

- Drop off the product (s) you wish to return to our store within a maximum of 30 days from receipt of your products.

6.2 Exchange or Refund.

6.2.1 Exchange.
In the event that the article suits you but it is a question of changing the size, we will replace it (if it is available in stock) with the same article, in your size. We therefore invite you to tell us the size you think is the right one as well as your measurements.
For a top or a jacket: chest measurement, waist measurement and hips / hips measurement.
For pants: hip measurement / hip measurement, as well as the total vertical waist (feet above the head).

6.2.2 Refund
In the event that the item is no longer available in another size, we will refund you.

So, once your return has been verified by our services, you will receive a refund confirmation email.

We undertake to reimburse you the amount corresponding to the returned product (s), as soon as possible and at the latest within 14 days of the date of receipt of your return to our workshop.

Your refund will be made directly to the account linked to the credit card or to the paypal account used to pay for the order. You will receive a refund confirmation email as soon as the refund is validated by our systems.

NB Exchange or refund condition:
Any return of product which is not new (the label of the article must not have been cut), and which would, conversely, be worn and / or soiled and / or damaged and / or whose label is missing will be returned to you and will not give rise to a refund.

 

7. WHAT GUARANTEES FOR OUR PRODUCTS?

7.1. Legal guarantees
Our products benefit from legal guarantees, i.e. the legal guarantee of conformity and the guarantee against hidden defects. As a seller, we are effectively required:

1. lack of conformity of the products you buy, under the conditions of article L.217-4 and following of the Consumer Code. The legal guarantee of conformity applies when your product has a lack of conformity, for example when your product does not function in accordance with the uses for which this product is usually used. (Example: A shirt with missing buttons. Pants with a hem sealed the leg.)

2. and its hidden defects under the conditions of article 1641 and following of the Civil Code. The warranty against hidden defects covers you when your product contains a hidden defect, that is to say a defect not apparent at the time of sale which renders the product unfit for its use or which greatly reduces this use.

Please note that the legal guarantee of conformity and the guarantee against hidden defects cannot be applicable in the event of misuse of the articles, wear and / or abnormal soiling due to the way in which they have been used / worn, or not. -respect of the maintenance conditions provided on our labels or by our retouchers.

If you are acting as a legal guarantee of conformity, you:

- benefit from a period of two (2) years from the delivery of the product to act;

- can choose between repair or replacement of the product, subject to the cost conditions provided for in article L.217-9 of the Consumer Code;

The legal guarantee of conformity applies independently of the commercial guarantee granted.
You can decide to implement the guarantee against hidden defects within the meaning of article 1641 of the civil code. In this case, you can choose between canceling the sale or reducing the sale price in accordance with article 1644 of the Civil Code.


7.2. Commercial Guarantee:
Beyond the legal guarantee of conformity, we have chosen to extend our commitment with our commercial guarantee

Commercial warranty 1 year from the date of purchase in store or delivery of the item:
Are covered by this guarantee:
- Manufacturing defects due to the artisanal sewing of our items.
- Unusual or exceptionally rapid degradation of a tissue, due to its initial fragility.

(Example: The belt loop of a pair of trousers is made of old, delicate and fine fabric. If it deteriorates after having been used and washed under normal conditions, it is exchanged, repaired or refunded.)

The commercial guarantee does not apply in the event of misuse of the articles, of abnormal wear and / or soiling due to the way in which they have been used / worn, or of non-compliance with the maintenance conditions provided on our paper labels supplied on delivery or integrated into the garment.

 

  8. YOUR PERSONAL DATA

We treat your Personal Data with the utmost vigilance and confidentiality.

9. RESPONSIBILITY AND FORCE MAJEURE

We undertake to describe with the greatest accuracy the products that we sell on the Site and to ensure in the best possible conditions the updating of the information which is disseminated there.

We cannot be held liable in the event of a breach of one of our contractual obligations resulting from a case of force majeure as defined by the regulations. In particular, we will not be held responsible for any non-performance or delay in the execution of your orders, caused by events beyond our control, such as:

• Strikes, closures or other industrial actions;

 

• Civil unrest, riot, invasion, terrorist attack or threat of terrorist attack, war (whether declared or not), or threat or preparation for war;

• Fire, explosion, storm, flood, earthquake, subsidence, epidemic and pandemic or other natural disasters;

• Inability to use transport by rail, boat, plane, road or other means of private or public transport;

• Inability to use public and private telecommunications networks;

• Acts, decrees, legislation, regulations or restrictions of any government (eg administrative closure of stores);

• Failure or accidents in maritime, postal or other transport.

The execution of the GTC will be suspended for as long as the case of force majeure lasts and the execution and delivery times will be extended accordingly. Please note, however, that we will do our best to put an end to the force majeure event or to find a solution allowing us to perform our contractual obligations despite the force majeure event.

 

10. WHAT IF WE DISAGREE?

We don't want to, but there may be times when we disagree!

Please note that our T & Cs are subject to French law, and that your orders are subject to the T & Cs in force on the day of your order.
